I think that's a good beginning for my blog. So to answer that burning question: "Who is this girl and why should I read her blog when there are about ten million other librarian blogs that are probably going to be more amusing and better edited?"

The answer:

I'm a twenty something librarian who has rants to rant and an obsession with word minutia, who by random chance is also a tarot card reading, Asimov obsessed, Star Trek watching, Dungeons and Dragons playing GEEK. This is no surprise as many librarians are geeks, but I am a geek with Style! Pizazz even! And hopefully, with a little luck, I might actually make you laugh once and a while. So you know, read on McDuff!
